In Part 1 of this guide you enabled Instant Connect Lead Targeting to tell the HTR app the types of leads that are a good fit for your business.

In this step what you're going to do is enable the CRM Forwarding feature which will sync contact details for leads that you accept via your HTR dashboard automatically to your CRM.

What You'll Be Using Zapier to Automate

In Zapier there are two critical concepts to understand, 'trigger' and 'actions'. A trigger is simply the event that will serve as a way to begin the automation. An action is what event/s you want to happen following the trigger.

2. What are the fields and potential values that HTR captures for leads?

You can send yourself a test email from the CRM Forwarding tab in the vendor dashboard to see what data points and fields are included with each lead and we have also listed them below.

TIP (RECOMMENDED): Create HTR specific fields in your CRM for opportunity fields since they are either HTR specific fields or if you have them, will likely have different values (ie. our room count ranges likely don't perfectly match yours.

3. Is the legacy manual integration still supported?

This guide is about the new native Zapier CRM forwarding integration. The Legacy manual integration will be available through Feb 2026 but will no longer be a supported feature so we recommend migrating as soon as possible.
