Intro to the Lead Inbox

The Lead Inbox gives you the ability to view incoming requests from hoteliers generated via by your presence, reputation and profiles on Hotel Tech Report (aka Profile Lead Gen).

As you collect reviews and more hoteliers recommend your product/s, you improve your rankings (both overall and by segment) which will drive you more leads (and better fit leads) over time.

The Lead inbox is where you can configure the types of leads that you want to generate and manage price quote and demo requests

1. Tell the HTR app which types of leads are a good fit for your business

As a vendor, you can select the types of leads that are a good fit for your business to generate more of them.

Other than your organic reputation and rankings and your membership status, the primary way to tell the HTR app the types of leads that are a good fit for your business so that you can generate more of them is by doing so from the Lead Targeting settings in the lead inbox. Once enabled, this tells the app that new leads who match this criteria are a good fit for your business which will give you boosted visibility as well as up to a 50% discount on any leads that you accept that match your criteria.

2. Hoteliers request info to become a lead

Hoteliers fill in the forms on your profiles, category pages and other areas where your brand appears throughout the site to request a price quote, demo or matches.

One of the ways that HTR helps hoteliers connect with software providers listed on HTR is by letting them connect right through the HTR Platform to simplify their research process.

Hoteliers can either click the request price quote/demo button (direct leads) throughout the site to request info from a specific vendor or they can get matched with top providers for them based on data in the platform via the software recommendations quiz (matched leads).
