The first step to setting up your vendor account on HTR is to list your products to establish your presence and become discoverable in your core categories.
Setting up your profiles correctly is the single most important thing to do as you're getting started to ensure that your products can get discovered by hoteliers so your goal is to make sure that your products are discoverable in as many relevant places as possible on HTR to maximize your visibility and leads.

🚨 WARNING: If you don't list each of your products correctly at the start it can hurt your presence long term and require a much larger time investment to ramp up because you'll have to go back out to customers from scratch for the new products you list in the future (vs if you list them from the start you can benefit from review syndication so you don't have to go back out to customers to ask them to leave additional reviews).
Step 2: Gain Access to the Vendor Dashboard
Within 48-hours of listing your products you're profiles will get built out and you will receive an invitation to join as an admin on your company's account as soon as they are ready. All you have to do is click the link and you'll have access to your new vendor dashboard.
The vendor dashboard enables you to:

| Monitor and optimize your reputation in real time with the reputation report card and get coaching tips to boost visibility via the onboarding checklist |

| Bid in the live PPC auction on increase visibility and drive high-intent traffic to your website.

| Create and publish updates, announcements, success stories, ebooks and thought-leadership content to share with the HTR community across web, email and social. |
| View and compare available membership tiers and choose the plan that best fits your business goals. |

Once your products are listed and you have access to your vendor account the next steps are simple:
Customize Your Profiles: Once you've listed your products, you can customize them from the profile editor
Collect Reviews to Improve Your Rankings: Monitor your presence via the Reputation Report Card and collect reviews to improve your reputation and generate more visibility and leads
Setup Your Lead Funnel: Follow HTR's recommended best practices to make sure you're setup for success when you start generating new leads
The single most important thing to remember as you're getting started is that the entire platform is designed to drive the most value and visibility to the products that come most recommended by hoteliers which is why reviews are the single most critical factor to your success.
