While all reviewers have to be verified with one of our verification methods, hoteliers do have the option to protect their privacy and remain anonymous in the review manager.
Privacy Settings
Public Facing Site (1st toggle): All reviews are automatically anonymized on the public facing site to protect users identities as well as protect vendors from competitors being able to snoop or poach clients
Vendor Dashboard (2nd toggle): The default state is that reviews are marked with ability for vendor to be able to followup (aka review is not anonymous in the Review Manager in the vendor dashboard so vendors can see who the reviewer/customer is and be able to followup). Users have the option to toggle the 2nd toggle off in which case the review will be anonymized in the vendor dashboard like this
