Lead Pricing

Leads are a performance marketing solution offered on a CPL (cost per lead basis) where you only pay for the leads you want to connect with.

1. Variables that Impact Lead Pricing

The base price of each lead is determined based on two factors, the lead's segment and the vendor's eligible discounts.

PRICE FACTOR #1: The Segment (aka Type) of Lead

The leads's segment = Size of the hotel x location x category of interest. Here are example segments:

  • Large Hotel in Europe looking for PMS

  • Small Hotel in Africa looking for Upselling Software

So for example, 500-room resort in North America looking for a PMS is going to cost more than a 10-room B&B in Brazil looking for Upselling Software.

PRICE FACTOR #2: The Vendor's Eligible Discounts

There are two ways that vendors can unlock discounted pricing for Profile Leads leads.

  • (a) Membership tier. One of the benefits of membership is that Premium members get up to 30% off all leads (in addition to lead credit included with each plan).

  • (b) Instant Connect. Leads that you accept via Instant Connect get a 50% discount

How Premium Members w/Instant Connect can save 65% on all leads

Example savings for a $100 lead

  • If lead is accepted via Instant Connect (50% savings) -- Cost is $50

  • If you are a Premium Member (30% savings) -- Cost is $35

For a basic member with Instant Connect disabled, the lead is $100.

For a Premium Member with Instant Connect enabled, the lead is $35.

2. How to check the price of a lead

You can view real time lead pricing per category in two places:

  1. Lead Targeting Instant Connect > Price List

  2. Lead Inbox > Lead detail card
