When you sign up for an account on HTR there are several types of communications and notifications that you will receive once you are an admin who has access to your company's vendor dashboard.
Each of these notifications can be customized to control your notifications cadence and frequency as well as the types of communications that you receive.

The only type of system notification that can't be controlled via the dashboard is lead notifications (learn more about why). That said, if you want to stop receiving notifications about leads you can disable these right from the footer of any of the lead notification emails (see below).
TIP: Want to keep lead notifications enabled but only get them for some leads? Enable Lead Targeting et your lead targeting criteria and consider enabling Auto-Decline for all lead that don't match your target criteria.
Lead notifications are triggered each time a new lead requests information from your company (Intro to Leads) that doesn't match your Lead Targeting settings (aka its not clear whether the lead is a good fit and you want to accept it or not) and include:
New Lead Notification: When there is a new lead in your dashboard for your team to review to accept or decline (that didn't match your targeting settings)
24-hour Reminder: Sent when there is a new lead in your Lead Inbox that your team still hasn't accepted or declined, aka. its pending (Note: If you decline a lead this notification won't be sent, its only if you ignore it)
72-hour Lost Lead: When your team has ignored a lead for more than 72-hours (3 business days) the lead expires and your team is no longer able to accept it and a notification is sent letting you know that you lost the lead (Note: If you decline a lead this notification won't be sent, its only if you ignore it)
