Having insight into the status of your reviews is crucial for maintaining your business's reputation and understanding customer feedback. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the process of investigating the status of reviews on your own. If you require further assistance, we've also provided a way for you to request an investigation from our Help and Support Team (HTR).

Step 1: Access Your Vendor Dashboard

To begin, you need to log in to your vendor account. Your dashboard is the control center for all your vendor activities, including monitoring your reviews.

Step 2: Navigate to 'Reputation'

Once you're on your dashboard, look for the 'Reputation' tab. This section is dedicated to all features related to your business's reviews and ratings.

Step 3: Go to 'Review Links'

Under the 'Reputation' tab, you'll find 'Review Links.' Click on this to proceed to the area where you can manage and investigate your reviews.

Step 4: Use the 'Review Lookup' Field

In the 'Review Links' section, locate the 'Review Lookup' field. Here, you can search for specific reviews by entering relevant information such as the review ID, customer name, or other identifiers.

Step 5: Check the Review Status

After finding the review you're interested in, roll over the review status, which is indicated by a color box. A tooltip will appear, providing you with detailed information about the status of the review. This can include whether the review is pending, published, flagged, or under investigation.
