1. Make sure your screenshot contains more than just the message, it must contain one of the following: (a) a full screenshot of your entire screen (as shown below) or (b) the email must contain a signature from the customer

  2. Make sure the email matches that of the email they used to leave
    their review

  3. Make sure the email is a valid hotel domain email (ie. not a gmail/personal email)

  4. Make sure it is an incoming email from the client (ie. an email they sent you, not an outbound email you sent) 

  5. Make sure the message contains some context showing that they are in fact a client
