Premium Members unlock the inbox tab in the dashboard which enables them to both see who has left their reviews (as long as the user didn't opt to remain anonymous) as well as respond to reviews.
Plan: This feature is available with all Premium Membership plans.
Step 1: Navigate to reviews-->respond to reviews in your vendor dashboard
Step 2: Click on a review and enter your response
Or...you can respond to a review right from your profile
NOTE: You must be logged in and have vendor access to access this feature.
Step 3: Your response will be posted to your profile
Step 4: The reviewer will automatically be notified about your response
Step 5: Your team can edit your response at anytime from the Review Manager
