Typically when emails are sent from the review manager they come from an aliased email address that is programmatically generated for each user.
The email integration feature allows you to connect your own Gmail or Outlook to the review manager so that campaigns and review requests will be sent from your own email to boost open and conversion rates.
This is a Premium Feature (available for: Platinum Members)
How to Activate the Email Integration
Step 1: Go to the connect your email tab & click the 'connect your email' button

Step 2: Follow the steps to authenticate your email
Step 3: Once you've authenticated your email, the toggle will show on and you'll be able to see your email address
