a. How can I maximize my click volumes?
The way to maximize click volumes is by monitoring your campaigns to ensure that you remain in the top position in each of your auctions which generates the maximum amount of clicks. Two important things to keep in mind when it comes to Optimizing Your Campaigns:
Position Matters. Your position in each auction is what determines the number of clicks you'll be able to generate. The #1 position generates significantly more clicks than even the #2 position so if you want to maximize the number of clicks you generate its critical to maintain the top position in the auction. Adjust your bids to improve your position within each ad unit to win more clicks and be able to utilize your full budget.
Campaign Under Delivery Risk. Its important to remember that if your bid is too low and results in a lower position in the auction, its possible that your campaign may not fully deliver meaning that you won't win enough clicks to even utilize your full budget.
b. How does the monthly budget work?
You can set a maximum amount you want to spend each month. This ensures you don't spend more than planned.
c. What payment options are available?
When you activate your PPC campaign for the first time you'll be prompted to set a preferred payment method as well as your preferred top up amount that will ensure that your campaigns continue running as long as you are still below your monthly target budget by topping up your credit balance.
Payment methods:
Credit Card (RECOMMENDED): Most advertisers pay using a credit card. This is easy and keeps your campaigns running smoothly.
Custom Invoice Payments: Some advertisers can pay with a custom invoice, but they must buy credits in advance. Without a credit card on file, campaigns might stop if these credits run out. If you need a custom invoice please reach out over live chat from your vendor dashboard.
d. What placements are available to bid on in the PPC auction?
There are three types of placements in the PPC auction: Home Page, Department Spotlight and select categories (see: Understanding the Types of Auctions).
e. How quickly can I start generating results?
As soon as you have added credits and activated your bid, your campaign will be set live instantly in real time which means you can start generating clicks instantly.
NOTE: The analytics tab will automatically monitor impressions and clicks performance across campaigns but you can also use your own UTM tracking links to be able to track clicks via your own 3rd party tools
f. How can I track ROI and performance of my campaigns?
You'll be able to track campaign performance both via your own analytics tools by adding a UTM tracking link as the target for your campaigns when activating your bid as well as via the analytics tab in the PPC dashboard.
