HTR does not permit vendor designed advertisements. Our in house design team develops all banners, PPC campaigns, newsletters and eblasts. Clients receive the opportunity to guide creative using the advertising order form above.

It is highly recommended that all creative drives towards engaging, well researched and thought provoking lead magnets that qualify individuals.

Examples

Good lead magnets

Property Management System Buyers Guide, 2023 Annual Hotel Tech Trends Report

Bad lead magnets

Sales brochure, article turned into a pdf, generic landing pages or product pages, etc.

⭐️ Recommended: Develop a dedicated landing page with HTR branding to welcome our audience, clearly articulate the value they will get from you, use a super clear prominent CTA or form and build trust in your brand with social proof.

Running ads to demo pages is NOT RECOMMENDED as many potential buyers may not be ready for a demo right now and therefore lead to missed opportunities for advertising partners. HTR recommends driving any paid traffic to assets that already perform best (e.g. CTR) on LinkedIn, a vendor's own website or other channels.

If a PPC campaign is performing below 0.5% CTR HTR reserves the right to take down the ad and recommend alternative strategies to successfully complete the campaign.
