Did you purchase items recently like new profiles or entry into the HotelTechAwards that are included with a Premium Membership Package and now you're considering upgrading your plan?

If so, you can get any purchases made within 30-days of your membership upgrade refunded.

Here's how to activate the offer and get refunded:

  2. Reach out via the live chat on site to request your refund

  3. You'll be refunded to your initial payment method
