If you notice that your dashboard has the 'low share of voice' notification, it means you don't have enough recent reviews to receive full credit for the review recency variable (aka. Share of Voice) variable in the HotelTechScore

To improve your score, you have two options.

  1. Get more recent reviews: Follow the instructions on the notification to achieve the required minimum number of recent reviews.  To gather reviews you can send clients your unique review link or if you are a Premium Member you can launch an automated review campaign

  2. Refresh your existing reviews: One of the features of the Premium Review Manager is the ability to send 1-click review refresh requests allowing you to send clients a request where they can confirm their review is still valid or update its content.
