HTR's podcast, HotelTechInsider, has two types of episodes that you can be featured in.
For both episode types HTR's production team handles all of the work and nothing is required on the part of executives or hotel clients. We handle episode guides and prep materials, editing, execution and promotion.
1. Podcast Episode Formats

3. Podcast Production Process
Format 1: Client Spotlight Episodes
A client spotlight podcast episode is where we feature one of your hotel customers where they talk about the success they have had utilizing your product to educate other hoteliers.
1. Submit Form | In the form you will tell us which client you would like us to feature and share a bit of basic info about their success utilizing your product to help us prepare the episode outline. |
2. Schedule Recording | HTR will review your submission within 7-days and followup to share a live availability calendar with your client with open dates for them to schedule their podcast recording date. |
3. Review Outline | Once your client schedules the episode recording, HTR will send along an episode guide that will include sample questions, a recording link as well as best practices & tips to make your episode great. |
4. Record | We'll record the podcast episode. |
5. Edit | HTR's team will edit the episode and send your client a draft to review, approve and schedule the go live date. |
6. Go live | The podcast will air on the agreed upon date. |
