You can send multiple review campaigns simultaneously with the review manager which means you can customize your templates fairly easily but its important to remember a few things:

  1. Whoever sends the campaign, that's whose templates will be used (each user has their own templates)
  2. Once you send a campaign, those templates are frozen and attached to the campaign until it is completed
  3. If you want to update your templates to a new language you can do so, but make sure to follow the flow below

Let's say you want to run a campaign using templates in English and a campaign in Spanish...

Step 1: Customize your English templates

Step 2: Add the users that you want to send the English campaign to

Step 3: Launch your english campaign (users will then be moved to in progress tab)

Step 4: Customize your templates for Spanish

Step 5: Add the users that you want to send the Spanish campaign to

Step 6: Launch your Spanish campaign

You can follow this flow for as many campaigns as you need to send multiple simultaneous campaigns

CUSTOMIZE TEMPLATES-->ADD USERS TO SEND CAMPAIGN TO-->LAUNCH CAMPAIGN-->RINSE AND REPEAT
