Many items on HotelTechReport can be purchased a la carte just like any other e-commerce purchase. For these purchases HotelTechReport provides a receipt for the purchase. Since these smaller items aren't invoiced in advance, only a receipt will be sent.

  • For purchases under $1,000 USD...HotelTechReport offers a self-service customizable invoice template (see below)
  • For purchases over $1,000 USD...HotelTechReport will prepare a custom invoice for your purchase upon request

How it works:

  • Step 1: Click the 'create a custom invoice' button above
  • Step 2: File-->Make a copy (⚠️ you must be logged into Google Drive to do so)
  • Step 3: Update the products, quantities and total section based on your purchase
  • Step 4: Fill in your company's details and specific book keeping requirements
