What is the criteria for uploaded screenshots to get reviews verified?

- Make sure your screenshot contains more than just the message, it must contain one of the following: (a) a full screenshot of your entire screen (as shown below) or (b) the email must contain a signature from the customer
- Make sure the email matches that of the email they used to leave
their review - Make sure the email is a valid hotel domain email (ie. not a gmail/personal email)
- Make sure it is an incoming email from the client (ie. an email they sent you, not an outbound email you sent)
- Make sure the message contains some context showing that they are in fact a client
